I ordered a jacket and it showed up in good condition, so no complaints about the item itself. It was exactly fine and everything went smoothly there. The only downside for me was the shipping cost, which felt a bit high for what I bought. Overall, I’d probably shop here again, but only if the delivery fees were lower.

The item did show up when they said it would, so I’ll give them credit for that. I just wish the communication along the way had been clearer, because I was left wondering what was going on a couple of times. In the end, it was delivered as promised, but the updates could definitely use some work.

Would’ve been 5 stars if everything had been available.

I asked about boots and layering, and they gave me clear advice that actually made sense. Like, really clear. No pushy sales talk or anything, just useful help that felt practical. I’d definitely use them again...
